For 30+ years, VHG Labs has operated an analytical chemistry commercial testing laboratory. Using a broad array of analytical instrumentation, VHG can determine elemental composition and concentration in a wide array of samples, including inorganic and organic matrices.
Typical samples are acid digested, (either on a hot plate, hot block or in a microwave digestion system), VHG can perform HF digestions, combustions and preparation of organic solvents/samples. With all sample prep, we take measures to preserve the purity of the sample, including Class 100 preparation, if required.
VHG Labs employs a range of techniques designed to provide quantitative and/or qualitative information on your sample. We choose the best technique based on analyte, sample type, and required detection level.
Our extensive experience with reference standards gives us notable experience with "full survey" analysis of majors, minors and traces in high purity materials, metal alloys, consumer products and a wide range of commercial products.
